The SLV Upay Platinum Card is a member card, Which enables transactions via direct deduction of the cost from Upay. It is a smart advantage of converting daily cash purchases via Upay for better rewards and greater convenience!

• 1. Quick Reconciliation
  A daily / monthly statement is provided with details of all the transactions made in the day / month. Now, every ringgit spend will be duly accounted for, Consolidating scores of small value purchases has never been easier!
• 2. Overseas Assistance
  For lost or stolen Card whilst traveling abroad, kindly contact customer care center: 603 - 8060 1213
• 3. Constant Control
  Maintain a value of Upay the Card Account which best suits the desired transaction livestyle. However, a minimum of RM 5 or it's equivalent foreign currency, whichever is higher at all times is required.
• 4. Conversion of Overseas Transactions
  If Upay is transacted outside Malaysia, the transaction incurred will be converted into Ringgit Malaysia using US$ as the base currency on the date the item is received and / or processes as such exchanged and at such time as may be determined by SLV Upay Platinum at its absolute discretion. The exchange rate may differ from the rate in effect on the date of the transaction due to market fluctuations. Such rate imposed shall be dinal and conclusive and the Card member would be short bear all exchange risks, losses, commission and other charges with may thereby be incurred.

To expedite processing, please remember to enclose:

• Photostat copy of your NRIC (both sides) or passport for Non-Malaysians (including Supplementary Applicant’s)
• Photostat copy of birth certificate for applicant below 18 years of age.
• Photostat copy of your Parent’s /Guardian’s NRIC (both sides) or Passport and (Emergency Contact)
• Photostat certified true copy of your Form 9 and 13, 24, 44, 49 and M&A for card holder who register under companies.
